Lacey K Newton of Bonne Terre, MO was killed on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 10:05PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Newton is a 25-year-old woman.

Injuries
Newton's injuries were fatal. Newton was taken by Superior Mortuary Service to St. Louis County Morgue.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Newton was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Northwest Towing. The damage to the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Thurby was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Northwest Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr T J Straatmann and McIu Team Sgt J M Weadon of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210174888 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
