Hello Burt, this is John
ReplyDeleteI like your you tube info.
Here a question: who's insurance do I collect PIP from the other party who hit me or can I also collect from my insurance too or both???
Hi John. Thanks for checking out my blog and my YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/BurtTrue). Typically with Personal Injury Protection (PIP) it is your own auto insurance that you collect from. PIP must pay regardless of who was at fault in the wreck. If the other driver was at fault, then you can also make a claim on the bodily injury portion of the other driver's auto insurance coverage. If you anything else help feel free to contact me.
