Injuries
Woodford's injuries were fatal. Woodford was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance to Ssm Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis.

The police said the damage to the 2011 Toyota Corolla driven by Morrissey was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing. The damage to the 2016 Audi Q5 driven by Weber was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing. The damage to the 2020 Cadillac Xt5 driven by Blank was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing. The damage to the 2018 Toyota Tacoma driven by Woodford was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J E Lacy of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220048721 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
