Kenneth W Pogue of Festus, MO was injured on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 12:51PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Pogue is a 25-year-old man.

DRIVER #2 TRAVELED INTO THE LEFT LANE AHEAD OF VEHICLE #1, AND APPLIED VEHICLE #2'S BRAKES. DRIVER #1 APPLIED VEHICLE #1'S BRAKES. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #2 BEGAN SLIDING, AND PARTIALLY OVERTURNED. VEHICLE #2 TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD.
Injuries
Pogue's injuries were minor. Pogue was not taken to the hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2002 Yamaha Xvs1100 driven by Pogue was moderate. It was removed by Removed From Scene By Owner. The damage to the 2021 Ford F150 driven by Short was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene By Owner.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D Crowell of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210170235 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
