Injuries
Kolden's injuries were fatal. Kolden was taken by Lake Lotawana Fire And Ems to Lees Summit Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Pontiac driven by Kolden was total. It was removed by Towed By Stever'S Tow. The damage to the 1995 Kenworth driven by Beaty was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Stever'S Tow.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt R W Shaul and M C I U Team Sgt G D Ward of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210173188 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
