Seth A Cunningham of Livonia, MO was killed on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 1:27AM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Cunningham is a 36-year-old man.

The highway patrol assigned report number 200509951 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
