Kuuipolani Kamai Killed in a Crash on February 02, 2022 in Pulaski County, Missouri

Kuuipolani L Kamai of Laquey, MO was killed on Wednesday, February 02, 2022 at 2:36PM in Pulaski County, Missouri. Kamai is a 45-year-old woman.

FATALITY CRASH - NEXT OF KIN NOTIFIED - CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 BEGAN TO SLIDE ON SNOW AND ICE COVERED ROADWAYS. VEHICLE 1 SLID SIDEWAYS, TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A BRIDGE ABUTMENT. PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE AT 1529 BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER ROGER GRAVES. ASSISTED BY TPR A.C. PHILIPPS (420). THIS IS TROOP I'S 1ST FATAL FOR FEBRUARY AND 1ST FOR 2022.

Kamai's injuries were fatal. Kamai was taken to Transported To Waynesville Memorial Funeral Home Waynesville, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2017 Kia Sorento driven by Kamai was total. It was removed by Onsite Towing Waynesville, Mo.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl D W Pfeifer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220055478 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
