CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON RT J. VEH 1 TRAVELED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEH 1 RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY AND CROSSED CENTER LINE. VEH 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY A SECOND TIME. THE FRONT UNDER CARRIAGE OF VEH 1 STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT - VEH 1 CROSSED THEIL DRIVE AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH BLOCKING THEIL DRIVE. ASSISTED BY CALDWELL COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Injuries

Howard's injuries were minor. Howard was taken by Private Vehicle to Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2003 Honda Accord driven by Howard was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Legacy Tow.

Sgt L M Newman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220002593 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
