LATE FATALITY REPORT - CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH#1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON BUSINESS 71 AND TRAVELLED OFF OF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEJ#1 CROSSED OVER A PRIVATE ROAD AND STRUCK A TREE. VEH#1 CAME TO REST AGAINST THE TREE FACING NORTH. PASSENGER WAS PROUNOUNCED DECEASED ON JANUARY 16 AT 1222 HRS BY NURSE JORDAN REILLY. ASSISTED BY ANDREW COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Rockwood's injuries were fatal. Rockwood was taken to Andrew County Ambulance To Mosaic.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2010 Ford driven by Rockwood was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl C M Dollard of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220003686 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
