DRIVER 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE TO THE LEFT CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO GO OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY STRIKING A MAILBOX. VEHICLE 1 THEN STRUCK A DITCH AND BEGAN TO OVERTURN. VEHICLE 1 THEN PARTIALLY REENTERED THE ROADWAY BEFORE COMING TO REST.

Cox's injuries were serious. Cox was taken by Lincoln County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1996 Jeep Wrangler driven by Warren was total. It was removed by Taken To/By Brians Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D M Bochucinski of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220034924 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
