Abraham D Sultzer of Genevieve, MO was killed on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 10:23PM in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri. Sultzer is a 26-year-old man.

FATALITY REPORT - VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON ROUTE M AT GISI ROAD. DRIVER 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE TO THE LEFT. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD ONTO GISI ROAD. DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED TO THE LEFT. VEHICLE 1 BEGAN TO SKID, RETURNED TO ROUTE M, AND CROSSED THE CENTER LINE. DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED TO THE RIGHT CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO ROTATE CLOCKWISE, CROSSING BACK OVER THE CENTER LINE. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A SIGN, AND BEGAN TO OVERTURN, EJECTING DRIVER 1. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP. DRIVER 1 FATALITY PRONOUNCED ON THE SCENE AT 2300 HOURS BY THE ASSISTANT STE. GENEVIEVE COUNTY CORONER. ASSISTED BY STE. GENEVIEVE COUNTY DEPUTIES.
Injuries
Sultzer's injuries were fatal. Sultzer was taken by Ste. Genevieve County Coroner: Eric Basler to Basler Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2001 Ford F150 driven by Sultzer was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Ives Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl B J Fowler of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220038184 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
