Shawn Mollet Injured in a Crash on August 05, 2021 in Warren County, Missouri

VEHICLE 1 WAS FLEEING FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT NORTHBOUND ON MO 47 WHEN VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 STRUCK A FENCE, TRAVELLED THROUGH THE FENCE AND TRAVELED THROUGH A FIELD AND STRUCK ANOTHER FENCE. VEHICLE 1 IMPACTED THE EDGE OF THE ROADWAY AND BECAME AIRBORNE. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES AND EJECTED DRIVER 1.

Injuries

Mollet's injuries were serious. Mollet was taken by Arch Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1998 Mercury Mountaineer driven by Mollet was total. It was removed by Taken To/By Mays Service.

Corporal A D Gadberry of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210403276 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
