Jackten T Copeland of Union, MO was injured on Monday, August 02, 2021 at 7:55PM in Franklin County, Missouri. Copeland is a 18-year-old man.

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF 636 SECOND CREEK ROAD. DRIVER 1 WAS DRIVING TOO FAST AND FAILED TO PROPERLY TURN THE VEHICLE TO THE LEFT. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS LEFT SIDE. ASSISTED BY CPL. M. W. HEDLUND (255) AND TPR. B. C. BRIDGES (723).

Injuries

Copeland's injuries were serious. Copeland was taken by Union Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2012 Polaris Ranger driven by Copeland was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.

Tpr J M Langley of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210399524 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
