Juan Hoffman Killed in a Crash on July 24, 2021 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Juan A Hoffman of Florissant, MO was killed on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 5:12PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Hoffman is a 69-year-old man.

Injuries

Hoffman's injuries were fatal. Hoffman was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1997 Gmc 3500 driven by Warring was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Cardinal Towing. The damage to the 2007 Chrysler Pt Cruiser driven by Hoffman was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Cardinal Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl J R Breitbach and Sgt P W Meyers of McIu of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210381575 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
