Colton Braungardt Injured in a Crash on July 29, 2021 in Montgomery County, Missouri

Colton D Braungardt of Bellflower, MO was injured on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 8:52AM in Montgomery County, Missouri. Braungardt is a 19-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 ATTEMPTED TO PASS A SLOWER MOVING VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN. VEHICLE 1 RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY TO AVOID A COLLISION, ONCE OFF THE ROADWAY VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST AFTER STRIKING THE GROUND AND A TREE.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
