CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON US-136 WHEN AN ANIMAL ENTERED THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE DEER. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO A STOP AND THEN ROLLED BACKWARDS INTO THE DITCH ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE CAME TO REST IN THE DITCH.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
