DUE TO UNCONTROLLED SLIDING, VEH 1 STRUCK THE VEH 7. VEH 7 THEN TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE RAISED CONCRETE BARRIER. VEH 1 CONTINUED TO TRAVEL IN LANE 1 AS VEH 4 SLID INTO ITS PATH. VEH 1 THEN STRUCK VEH 4. VEH 3 LOST CONTROL, AND STRUCK VEH 2. AFTER THIS IMPACT, VEH 1 STRUCK VEH 3. ASSISTED BY TPR L A DEZNER (660) AND TPR R K STONE (495).
Injuries
Holiday's injuries were minor. Holiday was taken by Maryland Heights Fire Department Ambulance to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt M G Autenrieth of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210179949 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
