Crowder's injuries were moderate. Crowder was taken by Monarch Fire Protection District to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

The police said the damage to the 2008 Bmw 328I driven by Lindley was total. It was removed by Towed By Budget. The damage to the 2018 Subaru Legacy driven by Hogarth was total. It was removed by Towed By Crash City. The damage to the 2016 Honda Cr-V driven by Ontiveros was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Crash City.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt E R Kessler of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210136247 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
