James Scheil Killed in a Crash on February 28, 2021 in Benton County, Missouri

James N Scheil of Stover, MO was killed on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 9:10PM in Benton County, Missouri. Scheil is a 39-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, TRAVELLED DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK TREE. VEHICLE #1 CAUGHT FIRE AND WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES. ASSISTED BY BENTON COUNTY.

The police said the damage to the 2015 Ford Fusion driven by Scheil was total. It was removed by Towed By Tolliver'S Towing.

Tpr D C Belardo of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210095699 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
