Jennah Wise Injured in a Crash on December 15, 2020 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Jennah L Wise of Wentzville, MO was injured on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 5:30PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Wise is a 33-year-old woman.

Wise's injuries were minor. Wise was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance District to Ssm Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake St. Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2012 Mazda 3 driven by Wise was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City. The damage to the 2012 Ford F150 driven by Rogers was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl J R Breitbach of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200626624 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
