Shelby Dempsey Injured in a Crash on September 16, 2020 in Franklin County, Missouri

Shelby N Dempsey of Sullivan, MO was injured on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 5:09AM in Franklin County, Missouri. Dempsey is a 25-year-old woman.
