Robert L Hughes of Cuba, MO was injured on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 1:16AM in Phelps County, Missouri. Hughes is a 27-year-old man.

Hughes's injuries were serious. Hughes was taken by Private Conveyance to Phelps Health Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2000 Dodge 3500 driven by Hughes was total. It was removed by To/By Spurgeon'S Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J R Chronister of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200394860 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
