CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS WESTBOUND ON ROUTE O. VEH1 WENT OFF OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED. BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE EJECTED AND VEH1 CAME TO REST ON WHEELS FACING NORTH. ASSISTED BY TPR. A. D. NEIGHBORS (1393), TPR. C. D. O'HARA (476), TPR. A. D. LINDGREN (665), AND GRUNDY CO SO.

Turley's injuries were moderate. Turley was taken by Life Flight to Truman Medical Center - Main.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2007 Honda Trx 500 driven by Turley was extensive. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

Sgt J J Rongey of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200404308 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
