Jay P McGlothlin of Stanberry, MO was killed on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 9:25AM in Gentry County, Missouri. McGlothlin is a 61-year-old man.

VEH #2 CAME TO REST IN THE INTERSECTION FACING NORTHWEST ON ITS WHEELS. ASSISTED BY SGT J.S. JOHNSON (513), TPR T.B. HEINTZ (305), CVO J.E. LAWRENCE (W185), GENTRY COUNTY SHERIFF?S OFFICE, AND GENTRY COUNTY FIRST RESPONDERS.
Injuries
McGlothlin's injuries were fatal. McGlothlin was taken by Gentry County Coroner to Roberson Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1996 Kenworth T80 driven by Roach was minor. It was removed by Towed By Raymond Smith Towing - Albany. The damage to the 2003 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by Mcglothlin was total. It was removed by Towed By Raymond Smith Towing - Albany.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr B D Hahn and Sgt H A Sears McIu of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200395176 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
