Billy G Nichols of De Kalb, MO was killed on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 6:32PM in Mercer County, Missouri. Nichols is a 64-year-old man.

Injuries
Nichols's injuries were fatal. Nichols was taken by Mercer County Ems to Wright Memorial Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the Yamaha Banshee driven by Nichols was moderate. It was removed by Towed By A Private Party.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Sgt J J Rongey of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200396542 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
