Injuries
Thomas's injuries were fatal. Thomas was taken by Central Cass Ems to Cass County Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the White 2016 Peterbilt driven by Shawgo was minor. It was removed by Towed By J'S Southland. The damage to the 2003 Yamaha Xv1600 Road Star driven by Thomas was total. It was removed by Towed By J'S Southland. The damage to the 2003 International Harvester 9900I driven by Ripley was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl W J Luzenko and McIu Sgt H A Sears of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 230371036 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
