NR1 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID STRIKING A DEER IN THE ROADWAY. NR1 TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A GUARDRAIL, THEN OVERTURNED LANDING ON ITS TOP IN A DRY CREEK BED.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2003 Buick Century driven by Young was total. It was removed by Marshfield Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
