Hamilton's injuries were fatal. Hamilton was taken to Citizens Memorial Hospital, Bolivar, Mo.

The police said the damage to the 2010 Pontiac Vibe driven by Hamilton was extensive. It was removed by C And H Towing, Collns, Mo.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
