Bettie L Rowe of Stella, MO was killed on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 3:10PM in Newton County, Missouri. Rowe is a 88-year-old woman.

DRIVER #1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CORONER DALE OWENS AT 1510 HOURS. AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SURVIVING DRIVER WAS TESTED FOR IMPAIRMENT.
Injuries
Rowe's injuries were fatal. Rowe was taken by The Coroner to The Coroner'S Office.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1998 Peterbilt driven by Ozbun was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Thomas Towing. The damage to the 2013 Toyota Avalon driven by Rowe was total. It was removed by Towed By Riedigers Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt C Mason Assisted By Msgt E Walker Cpl J Long and Sgt S Richardson With Crash Team of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220039267 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
