Bailey Pine Killed in a Crash on December 27, 2021 in Howell County, Missouri

Bailey C Pine of West Plains, MO was killed on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 4:59PM in Howell County, Missouri. Pine is a 26-year-old man.

VEHICLE ONE TRAVELED ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK VEHICLE THREE CAUSING VEHICLE ONE TO TRAVEL OFF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURN. PRONOUNCED BY DR. CHRIS COCHRAN AT THE SCENE AT 1747 HOURS. Injuries

Pine's injuries were fatal. Pine was taken to Released To Howell County Coroner.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2002 Ford Expedition driven by Pine was total. It was removed by Towed By J & J Recovery. The damage to the 2013 Kia Optima driven by Eye was extensive. It was removed by Towed By J & J Recovery. The damage to the 2001 Nissan Frontier driven by Wall was total. It was removed by Towed By J & J Recovery.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr C A Kimes of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210672567 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
