Buckner's injuries were fatal. Buckner was taken to Mcspadden Funeral Home, Ellington, Mo.

The police said the damage to the 2009 Gmc Sierra driven by Buckner was total. It was removed by Towed By Dement Towing, Centerville, Mo.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
