Brown's injuries were serious. Brown was taken by Buchanan County Ems to Mosaic Life Care Of Saint Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Dodge Charger driven by Brown was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight. The damage to the 1997 Ford F-250 driven by Melton was -. It was removed by Damage To Towed Unit - Trailer Towed By Sauters.

Tpr M A Gach of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210617201 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
