The police said the damage to the 2013 Hyundai Sonata driven by Stamper was total. It was removed by Elite Tow Service. The damage to the 2013 Toyota Prius driven by Cantrell was total. It was removed by Elite Tow Service.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
