FATALITY CRASH NEXT OF KIN HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OCCURRED AS NR1 WAS WESTBOUND. NR1 TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A DRIVEWAY CAUSING NR1 TO GO AIRBORNE. NR1 IMPACTED THE GROUND CAUSING THE TRAILER TO SEPARATE FROM THE TRACTOR. NR1 CAME TO REST AT THE BOTTOM OF A DITCH AND CAUGHT FIRE. SUBJECT PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY DAVIESS CO CORONER AT 0110. ASSISTED BY SO DAVIESS CO, DAVIESS CO AMBULANCE, AND DAVIESS CO FIRST RESPONDERS.

Injuries

Loyd's injuries were fatal. Loyd was taken by The Funeral Home to Stith Funeral Home In Gallatin Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1994 Frht Tractor Trailer driven by Loyd was total. It was removed by Scottys Of Cameron Mo.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr J P Lynch of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210583152 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
