FATALITY CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS NORTHBOUND AND VEH2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON COUNTY ROAD 205. VEH2 WAS GOING UPHILL APPROACHING A HILLCREST. VEH1 OVERTOOK THE HILLCREST. VEH2 TRAVELED PARTIALLY OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY IN AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID VEH1. THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE OF VEH1 STRUCK THE TOWED IMPLEMENT OF VEH2. VEH1 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING WEST IN THE ROADWAY. VEH2 CAME TO REST PARTIALLY IN THE ROADWAY ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH. DRIVER 1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT CAMERON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER BY DR. BARTH AT 0958 HOURS. NEXT OF KIN NOTIFIED. ASSISTED BY CPL. B.R. HILLIARD ( 468), HARRISON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND HARRISON COUNTY FIRST RESPONDERS.
Injuries
Sherer's injuries were fatal. Sherer was taken to Body Taken To Roberson Funeral Home In Bethany, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Dodge Dakota driven by Sherer was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Southside Mfa Towing Of Bethany. The damage to the Unknown Year John Deere 8345 Farm Tractor driven by Darby was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
