Lyon's injuries were minor. Lyon was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance to Ssm - Lake St. Louis.

The police said the damage to the 2019 Jeep Cherokee driven by Tomac was moderate. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2019 Nissan Nv2500 driven by Renshaw was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Budget Towing. The damage to the 2019 Chevrolet Express driven by Richardet was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Budget Towing. The damage to the 2020 Toyota Highlander driven by Lyon was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Budget Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl A D Gadberry of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210613193 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
