DVR2 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY NODAWAY COUNTY CORONER DR. SHELBY AT 1808 HOURS. DVR1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY NODAWAY COUNTY CORONER DR. SHELBY AT 1830 HOURS. ASSISTED BY TPR. T. R. HECKER (680) AND NODAWAY CO SO.

Injuries

The police said the damage to the 2009 Ford Fusion driven by was total. It was removed by Towed By Kizer'S. The damage to the 2017 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Piveral was total. It was removed by Towed By Kizer'S.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
