Storm J Cooper of Tampa, MO was killed on Sunday, July 04, 2021 at 1:06AM in Greene County, Missouri. Cooper is a 29-year-old man.

PASSENGER OF VEHICLE 1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY MEDICAL EXAMINER JOSHUA MOORE AT 0106 HOURS. AS REQUIRED BY LAW THE SURVIVING DRIVER WAS TESTED FOR ALCOHOL.

Cooper's injuries were fatal. Cooper was taken by Medical Examiner to Medical Examiner'S Office.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2003 Ford Taurus driven by Seymour was total. It was removed by Towed By Henry'S Towing. The damage to the 2019 Dodge Ram driven by Lafon was total. It was removed by Towed By Wreck-O-Mended.

Tpr C Beck and McIu Sgt S Richardson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210339588 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
