ASSISTED BY LT. S D DAVIS (85), MSGT S W CUNNINGHAM (285), MICU CRASH TEAM 3 SGT M B LOMEDICO (481) , TPR. C W TIERNEY (1386), CRAWFORD COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, BOURBON POLICE DEPARTMENT, CRAWFORD COUNTY CORONER OFFICE.

Injuries

Semmenssr's injuries were minor. Semmenssr was taken by North Crawford County Ambulance to Missouri Baptist Hospital In Sullivan Mo.

It was removed by Towd By Chuck Wrecker Service. The damage to the 2015 Ford Transit Van driven by Semmens was total. It was removed by Chucks Wrecker Service. The damage to the 2019 Ford F650 Uhaul driven by Bates was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Chucks Wrecker Service.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr J D Sanders of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210379039 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
