Schweiss's injuries were fatal. Schweiss was taken to Transported To Boone County Medical Examiner'S Office.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2011 Snapper Riding Mower driven by Schweiss was moderate. It was removed by Left On Scene.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
