VEHICLE 1 BEGAN TO SLIDE, CROSSED THE GRASS MEDIAN AND ENTERED THE SOUTHBOUND LANES. PASSENGER SIDE OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING EAST OFF THE WEST SIDE OF INTERSTATE 29. VEHICLE 2 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER OF SOUTHBOUND INTERSTATE 29. DRIVER 1 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT 2011 HOURS ON 07/07/2021 BY ATCHISON HOLT EMT ALARA. ASSISTED BY TPR T. B. HEINTZ (305), TPR L. T. MCDANIEL (630), ATCHISON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, ROCK PORT POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND ROCK PORT FIRE DEPARTMENT.
