VEH #1 THEN SKIDDED OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND THE FRONT OF VEH #1 STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT. VEH #1 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS PASSENGER SIDE AND CAME TO REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF MO46. ASSISTED BY MSGT M.P. QUILTY (1221), AND ATCHISON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Injuries
Anderson's injuries were minor. Anderson was taken by Atchison-Holt Ambulance to Community Hospital In Fairfax.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2021 Peterbuilt 337 driven by Anderson was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Double-M Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr M A Harris of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210390448 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
