ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS WESTBOUND ON ATLANTIC AVENUE. VEH1 LOST CONTROL ON LOOSE GRAVEL, OVERTURNED, EJECTING BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER, COMING TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING WEST IN A DITCH.
