Brandon York Injured in a Crash on July 14, 2021 in Jasper County, Missouri

Brandon D York of Carthage, MO was injured on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 7:35AM in Jasper County, Missouri. York is a 21-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID A SOUTHBOUND VEHICLE PARTIALLY IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE. VEHICLE #1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY THEN TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A FENCE AND SOME TREES.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by York was total. It was removed by Schrader'S Towing Of Carthage.

Tpr M R Cook of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210360634 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
