Baldevbhai Patel Killed in a Crash on July 25, 2021 in Jefferson County, Missouri

Baldevbhai S Patel of Hillsbro, MO was killed on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 3:19PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Patel is a 70-year-old man.

LATE FATALITY VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED AROUND A RIGHT CURVE IN THE ROADWAY AND STARTED TO LOSE CONTROL. DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED AND VEHICLE 1 STARTED TO SKID. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED. ASSISTED BY TPR. C. W. CHERRY (625). PRONOUNCED AT 0600 ON 08/19/2021 BY DR KAUSHA AT ST. LOUIS UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL.

Injuries

Patel's injuries were fatal. Patel was taken by Arch Survival Flight to St. Louis University Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2016 Polaris Ranger 570 driven by Patel was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Mccain'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr Z P Beckerman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210383497 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
