CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON ROUTE K. VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP AT A STOP SIGN, TRAVELING THROUGH ROUTE P ONTO PARRIS ROAD. VEHICLE TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK THE GROUND AND A ROAD SIGN. VEHICLE OVERTURNED ONTO ITS DRIVER SIDE AND BEGAN TO ROLLOVER, LANDING UPRIGHT AND RETURNING TO THE ROAD WHERE IT CAME TO REST.
Injuries
Schlauderaff's injuries were moderate. Schlauderaff was taken by Pleasant Hill Ems to Research Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Chevrolet Sonic driven by Schlauderaff was total. It was removed by Towed By J'S Southland.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr R J Hastings of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210391660 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
