Injuries
Clark's injuries were fatal. Clark was taken to Transported To Waynesville Memorial Chapel.

The police said the damage to the 2020 Freightliner driven by Hogan was moderate. It was removed by Driven From The Scene. The damage to the 2005 Gmc Sierra driven by Clark was total. It was removed by Towed By Jack'S Towing. The damage to the 2021 Freightliner driven by Stedorro was total. It was removed by Towed By Jack'S Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
M C I U Sgt B C Gruben Tpr G N Wensel of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210363990 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
