Injuries
Shipley's injuries were serious. Shipley was taken by Ambulance to University Hospital In Columbia.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Ford Explorer driven by Muehring was moderate. It was removed by Tom And Steve'S Towing - Fulton. The damage to the 2007 Yamaha Motorcycle driven by Shipley was total. It was removed by Tow Pro - Kingdom City.

Tpr E C Penrod of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210280960 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
