THE IMPACT CAUSED THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE 3 TO STRIKE THE PEDESTRIAN. VEHICLE 2 SLID OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY STRIKING A CABLE BARRIER.

Injuries

Smith-Durham's injuries were minor. Smith-Durham was taken by Community Ambulance to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2013 Nissan Sentra driven by was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2000 Toyota Avalon driven by Carr was moderate. It was removed by Taken To/By Docs Towing. The damage to the 2018 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Smith-durham was moderate. It was removed by Taken To/By Docs Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Master Sgt M G Autenrieth of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210330835 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
