Mathis's injuries were serious. Mathis was taken by Warren County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1998 Harley Davidson Flsts driven by Mathis was moderate. It was removed by Towed By/To Approved Towing. The damage to the 2018 Kia Sportage driven by Minor was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

Msgt G C Swartz of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210300873 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
